Broomfield, CO – July 28, 2014 – Code Blue Computing, an IT support firm recently announced their partnership with Broomfield based A Precious Child. Code Blue Computing will be hosting a Cake Mix and Frosting drive from August 4th-18th at its Broomfield office located at 80 Garden Center, Suite #52. The business, owned by Jeri Johnson Morgan and William Morgan, will be accepting donations daily between 11am and 1 pm.
Code Blue Computing’s office is located at 80 Garden Center, #52, Broomfield, CO 80020.
A Precious Child provides disadvantaged and displaced children with a birthday gift through its Precious Gift program. If a child comes to the organization’s Resource Center within a month of their birthday, they receive a birthday bag with an age-appropriate gift and a box cake mix and a jar of frosting so that the family can celebrate the birthday together. They recently reached out to the community when their supplies ran out.
Expressing her excitement about the cake drive, Jeri said, “One of the reasons we chose Broomfield for our headquarters is the sense of community that exists here. When the call came out for the birthday bags we were thrilled to be able to help in any possible way that we could. A Precious Child does outstanding work and we are proud to be affiliated with them.”
Donations should be dropped off to 80 Garden Center, Suite #52, Broomfield, CO 80020 between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday during the drive. Please call 720-746-9763 with any questions that you may have.
