At Code Blue Computing, we often talk about our work in terms of service, strategy, and security—but at the heart of it all, we’re in the business of people. Whether it’s helping a law firm recover from a cyber attack, helping a a manufacturing company to increase productivity and efficiency through technology, or supporting a nonprofit’s growth through better systems, our mission is always grounded in what matters most personal connection.

We call it Mission Possible, because we believe small businesses (and nonprofits) are the backbone of our communities—and with the right technology, support, and heart, anything is possible.

That belief doesn’t stop at the end of the workday. Giving back and staying involved in the community isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a core part of who we are. We believe in lifting up those around us, together we rise. Here are three local organizations that inspire us, challenge us, and remind us every single day why community is at the center of our Mission Possible.

1. Broomfield FISH – Feeding Hope

Located right in the heart of our community, Broomfield FISH is more than a food pantry—it’s a beacon of hope for families facing tough times. They provide groceries, utility assistance, and essential support to help people get back on their feet with dignity.

We’ve been proud to support Broomfield FISH, not just with donations, but by spreading the word about the incredible work they do. We’ve seen firsthand how a bag of groceries and a warm smile can change the course of someone’s week, or life. Their model of treating every client with compassion and respect aligns deeply with how we operate as a company. Every time we help a business solve a tech problem, we remember what it’s really about: helping people solve their problems.

At Code Blue, we know technology can’t solve food insecurity, but it can help businesses and nonprofits grow more resilient; so they can turn around and support the people walking through FISH’s doors.

2. TACT – Empowering Neurodiverse Talent

TACT (Teaching the Autism Community Trades) holds a special place in our hearts. As a company founded by a family that includes a young man on the autism spectrum, we understand how important meaningful opportunities are for those who often get overlooked in traditional hiring systems.

TACT provides hands-on trade and technical training for individuals with autism, helping them unlock their unique talents and create paths toward independence and employment. Their programs are innovative, empowering, and so needed.

Technology is a field rich with opportunity, and we believe that neurodiverse individuals bring skills, insights, and problem-solving abilities that the world needs more of. They just do. Supporting TACT reminds us that inclusion isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a mission. It’s personal. And it is powerful.

Our Mission Possible includes a future where talent is nurtured in all its forms. TACT makes that future feel very real.

3. A Precious Child – Restoring Dignity, One Family at a Time

A Precious Child works to bridge the gap for families in crisis by providing children with clothing, school supplies, personal care products, and so much more. They do this while maintaining dignity and respect for the families they serve, empowering parents and lifting children up during their hardest times.

We love that A Precious Child focuses on long-term impact, not a handout, but a hand up. They work with schools, caseworkers, and organizations to identify families who need support and then follow through with the kind of help that creates stability.

At Code Blue Computing, we often say that technology is at its best when it creates calm out of chaos. That’s exactly what A Precious Child does for the families they serve. They make it possible for kids to walk into school with confidence. That’s more powerful than any firewall or software update will ever be.

Community Connections Are Not Optional—They’re Essential

At the end of the day, technology is just a tool. The real mission is to use those tools to support people; to create safe, strong, and connected communities. That’s why our team knows that being part of the communities where we work is core to who we are.

Supporting organizations like Broomfield FISH, TACT, and A Precious Child helps us stay grounded in our values. It reminds us that small actions lead to big change. It reinforces that the work we do behind the screen matters just as much as the work happening out in the world.

Our Mission Possible isn’t just about making I.T. better. It’s about making lives better.

And we’re proud to be on that mission—right here, in the community we call home.
